First post ever. I'm hoping this is something that I can get the hang of eventually. I've always enjoyed reading the blogs of others, and being able to have a glimpse into their lives.(That sounds much creepier than intended). I also hope this is a way to stay connected with the family and friends that I don't see as much as I would like.
So...Michael and I enjoyed ringing in the new year with family this year. It was crazy to look back at 2010, and think of the triumphs we had. Here's a brief recap...
-Getting engaged!
-I was accepted into the Respiratory Therapy Program
-Michael became an assistant manager at T-Mobile, and then a manager at his very own store.(such a blessing)
-Sealed for time and all eternity-nothing better
-Having our first ward calling together-Ward Activites Chairmen. What a treat
-Visiting South Carolina, and falling in love with the accents
-Horsebackriding through the jungles of Mexico
-I performed CPR on an actual patient during a clinical rotation. What a workout!
-Michael converted to Harry Potterism
-I cut my hair much shorter than I thought I would
-Michael grew a Christmas beard
-Spending my birthday at the Grand America Hotel, and feeling like royalty
-Michael ran his first marathon! What a stud
-And our love for our Savior was magnified
What a year! 2011, you sure have some huge shoes to fill, but I think you can pull it off.
